While serving in the United States Navy I studied real estate at San Diego City College, passed the real estate licensing exam, and began my Real Estate Sales & Property Management career in 1993 as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in San Diego, CA.
During my 20 years in real estate sales and property management, I have successfully sold and/or managed; single family homes, 2-4 unit multi family residential, low income apartments, a small shopping center and mobile home parks.
In 1999 I accepted a Regional Property Manager position and moved to New Port Richey, Florida and in 2008 I earned my Florida Real Estate License.
In 2012, I returned to school and earned my Real Estate Broker’s License, a Community Association Manager’s License, a Certified Property Management Specialist™ designation and founded eRealty Advantage, Inc.
As a boutique real estate brokerage in New Port Richey, Florida, eRealty Advantage specializes in the sale and property management of small commercial and residential properties.
